  Title:    Increment or Decrement Stack Pointer
 
  Syntax:   FINCSTP
            FDECSTP
 
  Description:
 
     Increments or decrements the stack-top pointer in the status word.
     No tags or registers are changed, and no data is transferred. If
     the stack pointer is 7, FINCSTP changes it to 0. If the stack
     pointer is 0, FDECSTP changes it to 7.
