A filename does not follow the appropriate naming
convention for BLOAD, BSAVE, KILL, or OPEN (for example,
the filename has too many characters). Loading a
Programmer's WorkBench makefile into QBX may also cause
this error since PWB makefiles are not compatible with
QBX.
