                                   struct _wxycoord __far *pwxy1,
                                   struct _wxycoord __far *pwxy2 );
 
             control: _GBORDER, _GFILLINTERIOR
 
  Returns:   a nonzero value if the rectangle is drawn successfully, or
             0 if not.
