Must be first statement on the line

■ In block IF...THEN...ELSE constructs, IF, ELSE, ELSEIF, and
  END IF can only be preceded by a line number or label.
 
■ In SELECT...END SELECT constructs, CASE and END SELECT can
  be preceded only by a line number or label.
 
■ Possible solution:
 
  • Remove the statement preceding the SELECT or IF...THEN
    statement.
 
■ If you need additional help, move the cursor to a keyword
  and press F1 to open the Help window.
