     Compiler error C2028
 
     struct/union member needs to be inside a struct/union
 
     Structure and union members must be declared within the structure
     or union.
 
     This error may be caused by an enumeration declaration containing
     a declaration of a structure member, as in the following example:
 
          enum a {
                 january,
                 february,
                 int march;    /* Illegal structure declaration */
                 };
