     /C ignored (must also specify /P or /E or /EP)
 
     The /C option must be used in conjunction with one of the
     preprocessor output flags (/P, /E, or /EP).
 
     NOTE: The /C option is different from the /c option. Arguments to
           the QCL driver are case sensitive.
