MAKEPGINFOSEG(sel)
 
The MAKEPGINFOSEG macro creates a far (32-bit) pointer to the first byte in
the global information segment. The macro assumes that the selector
specified by the sel parameter has been retrieved by using the
DosGetInfoSeg function.

sel        Specifies the segment selector of the global information
           segment.
