Outline organize
 
The mode you use to rearrange headings,
subheadings, and body text in outline view. In
outline organize, the minimum selection is a
heading (a paragraph or a number of paragraphs),
and the word ORGANIZE appears on the status bar.
Press Shift+F5 to switch between outline edit and
outline organize modes.
