REPLACING CHARACTER FORMATTING
 
Overview: <Edit Replace command>
 
To replace character formatting:
1. Choose Edit Replace (Alt,E,E).
2. Choose Replace Formatting Only (Alt+F).
3. Choose Character (Alt+C).
4. Choose the combination of font, point size,
   color, format, and position you want to
   replace.
5. Choose Replace With.
6. Choose the character formatting you want.
7. Choose OK.
 
To repeat the replacement for the next occurrence,
press F4.
 
Note: If you do not want to be prompted to
      confirm each replacement, turn off Confirm
      Changes in the Replace dialog box.
