CHOOSING A HELP TOPIC
 
To choose a Help topic:
■ Press the Tab key until the topic you want is
  selected, and then press Enter.
■ Using the mouse, point to the topic and click
  the left button.
 
To backtrack in Help:
■ Choose Back at the top of the Help window or
  press Backspace.
 
To cancel Help:
■ Choose Exit or press Esc.
■ Using the mouse, click the upper-left corner of
  the Help window.
