DELETING REVISIONS AND REMOVING REVISION MARKS
 
Overview: <Utilities Revision Marks>
 
To undo revisions and remove revision marks:
1. Select the part of your document you want to
   remove revision marks from, or select the whole
   document to remove all revision marks.
2. Choose Utilities Revision Marks (Alt,U,M).
3. Choose the Undo Revisions button. Word:
    ■ Deletes any text you added since you
      turned on revision marks.
    ■ Removes strikethrough format from all text.
    ■ Removes the revision bars.
4. Choose OK.
