  Description
 
  Calls a procedure in the same p-code segment as the currently executing
  procedure.
 
  The implicit operand is an index into the current procedure's call
  table. This index is used to fetch the one-byte EN (Entry Number), an
  index into the current p-code segment's table of entry points.
