     A request was made to define a custom Run menu item, but the name
     of the menu item or the name of the program or command was not
     specified. You must specify both a name for the menu item and the
     name of the program or operating-system command to be run.
 
     If you are defining the custom Run menu command by using the User
     switch, check the syntax of the switch definition.
