QuickC found the text you entered in the Find What text
box. It is asking whether you want to replace that text
with the text you entered in the Change To box.
 
Choose <Yes> to replace the text.
 
Choose <No> to leave the text as is and search for the
next occurrence.
 
Choose <Cancel> to cancel the Change command and stop
searching.
