  Interrupt: 01h

  Title: Single Step

  Description: [PC] [AT] [PS/2]

When trap flag is set, the processor invokes Int 01h after
     executing each instruction.

This interrupt should not be called directly. Default service is
interrupt return (IRET). To trap Int 01h calls, a program must set
up a handler routine to gain control when the interrupt occurs.
