  Description:                                          [PC] [AT] [PS/2]
 
     Invoked when the processor executes machine instructions CCh
     (byte) or CDh 03h (word).
 
     This interrupt should not be called directly. Default service is
     interrupt return (IRET). To trap Int 03h calls, a program must set
     up a handler routine to gain control when the interrupt occurs.
