  Title:       Controller Drive Diagnostic
 
  Description:                                                      [PC]
 
     Causes the fixed disk adapter to run internal diagnostic tests of
     the attached drive, indicating whether the test was passed by the
     returned status. This function is supported on PC/XT fixed disks
     only.
 
     Input        Output
 
     AH = 13h     If function successful
                    Carry flag: clear
 
                  If function unsuccessful
                    Carry flag: set
