32-Bit Overrides

     On the 80386/486 processors, 32-bit operands can be accessed in a
     16-bit segment and 16-bit operands can be accessed in a 32-bit
     segment using the 66h operand size override prefix. Likewise, 32-bit
     addresses can be accessed in a 16-bit segment and 16-bit addresses
     can be accessed in a 32-bit segment using the 67h address size
     override prefix.
