     Fatal error C1033
 
     cannot open assembly language output file 'filename'
 
     The output listing file specified with the /Fc or /Fa command-line
     option could not be opened.
 
     There are several possible causes for this error:
 
        ■ The given name is not valid.
 
        ■ The file cannot be opened because of a lack of space.
 
        ■ A read-only file with the given name already exists.
 
        ■ The file is in use by another process.
