     Compiler error C2142
 
     function declarations differ, variable parameters specified only
     in one of them
 
     One declaration of the function contained a variable parameter
     list, but another declaration did not.
 
     This causes an error in C when the /Za (ANSI) switch is
     chosen.
 
     The following is an example of this error:
 
          void func();
          void func( int, ... );    // error
