     There were too few formal parameters for the operator delete for
     based pointers.
 
     The following are the prototypes for the based forms of the
     operator delete:
 
          void operator delete( __segment, void __based( void ) * );
          void operator delete( __segment, void __based( void ) *, \
                                 unsigned int );
