Include: <stdio.h>
Syntax: FILE *fopen( char *filename, char *mode );
mode: "r", "w", "a", "r+", "w+", "a+", "c", "n"
("t" or "b" appended to <mode> indicates type)
Returns: a pointer to the open file if successful, or NULL if not.
