_lseek

  Include:   <io.h>, <stdio.h>, <errno.h>
 
  Syntax:    long _lseek( int handle, long offset, int origin );
             origin: SEEK_CUR, SEEK_END, SEEK_SET
 
  Returns:   the new position offset (in bytes) from the beginning of
             the file if successful, or -1L if not.
             errno: EBADF, EINVAL
