     The _pg_resetpalette function sets the palette colors, line
     styles, fill patterns, and plot characters for the palette to the
     default for the current screen mode.
 
     The palette used by the presentation-graphics routines is
     independent of the palette used by the low-level graphics
     routines.
 
     Return Value
 
     The _pg_resetpalette function returns 0 if there were no errors.
     The value _BADSCREENMODE is returned if the screen mode is not
     valid.
