_settextwindow
Summary Example Up Contents Index Back
─────Run-Time Library───────────────────────────────────────────────────────

The _settextwindow function specifies a window in row and column
coordinates, where the text output to the screen by the _outtext
or _outmem function is displayed. The arguments (<r1>, <c1>)
specify the upper-left corner of the text window. The arguments
(<r2>, <c2>) specify the lower-right corner of the text window.

The upper-left corner of the text window is considered to be
     row 1, column 1.

Text is output from the top of the text window down. When the text
window is full, the uppermost line scrolls up out of it.

Note that this function does not affect the output of
presentation-graphics text (e.g., labels, axis marks, etc.), the
output of the font display routine _outgtext, or the output of
the standard I/O routine printf. Use the _setviewport function to
control the display area for presentation graphics or fonts.

     Return Value

None. Use the _grstatus function to check conditions of success
     or failure.
