The _vmsize function returns the size, in bytes, of a virtual
memory block. The argument <handle> points to a virtual memory
block previously allocated through a call to _vmalloc or
_vrealloc. The size returned can be larger than the size
requested in the call to _vmalloc or _vrealloc.

     Return Value

The _vmsize functions returns the size (in bytes) of the
specified virtual memory block as an unsigned long.
