     A COBOL directives file COBOL.DIR has been found. Additional
     directives will be used by the COBOL compiler.
 
     This is a warning that PWB has detected a COBOL.DIR file either
     in the current directory or in the directory pointed to by the
     COBDIR environment variable. The file contains compiler options
     not recognized by PWB that will be used by the COBOL compiler.
