A few directives provided only for compatibility with other COBOL
systems (for example, COMMIT) are not shown. Directives that
control code generation, that make specific changes to the
reserved word list, or that specify other directives are also not
shown.
The directives list is produced before processing the program
source, so any directives in $SET statements in the program are
not shown.
