     If NOSQLDB and NOSQLACCESS are used, then the application should
     be bound to a particular database before execution. In this case,
     you should make the compiler create a bind-file by using the
     SQLBIND directive. The bind-file can then be used to bind the
     program to the database using the SQLBIND command.
 
     You must specify SQLDB when using the OS/2 Extended Edition database
     manager.
