  Explanation:  Either the directory is full, or your program cannot
                find it.
 
  Resolution:   Either delete any files that you no longer need, or
                if your operating system supports this, put a new disk in a
                floppy disk drive and redirect your program's file
                operations to this. Alternatively, specify a different drive
                or directory for your file operations.
