  Text:         Disk input-output error
 
  Severity:     Recoverable
 
  Explanation:  You may have performed a read after a WRITE, or there
                may be either a verification failure or a parity error.
 
  Resolution:   In some circumstances this error will be fatal, but if
                it occurs during a read you can trap it and then do a
                close on the file before executing a STOP RUN
                statement.
