  Explanation:  You have a hardware error of some type, perhaps you
                have not put a disk in the relevant drive or you may have
                tried to WRITE to a disk but the processor detected
                hardware interface has failed.
 
  Resolution:   You will have to try to correct the fault in your
                hardware; for example put a disk in the necessary drive.
