  Text:         Overlay loading error
 
  Severity:     Recoverable
 
  Explanation:  An error has occurred while trying to load the
                intermediate code for an independent segment.  The
                segment is either missing or corrupted in some way.
 
  Resolution:   If the segment is missing, locate it.  If you cannot
                find it, or if it is present and corrupt, resubmit
                your program to your COBOL system.
