  Explanation:  You may have a corrupted file.  Alternatively, your
                code contains a segment reference for the Forward
                Reference Table which is illegal.
 
  Resolution:   Resubmit your source code to your COBOL system.  If
                you receive this error again, contact Technical
                Support who will try to help you to discover the
                specific cause of the error.
