     A specified file's permission setting does not allow the required
     access.
 
     One of the following may have occurred:
 
        ■ An attempt was made to write to a read-only file.
 
        ■ A locking or sharing violation occurred.
 
        ■ An attempt was made to open a directory instead of a file.
