     Not a text file (CV1039)
 
     An attempt was made to load a file that is not a text file,
     possibly a binary-data file or an executable program file. This
     error can also occur if the first line of a file includes
     characters that are not in the range of ASCII 9 to 13 or ASCII 32
     to 126.
 
     The Source window only works with text files.
