Debugging in Protected Mode: Requirements

     To debug with CVP.EXE in protected mode, you must make sure you
     have the setting
 
          IOPL = YES
 
     in your CONFIG.SYS file. If you do not, place this setting in the
     file and reboot before running CVP.
