     CodeView responds to some Command-window commands by directing
     output to the Command window. While CodeView prints output, you
     can cause CodeView to stop or pause with the following keys:
 
     Key        Action
 
     CTRL+C     Stops the current output or cancels the current
                command line.
 
     ESC        Cancels the current command line.
