The LFNMKDir function creates the directory specified by the lpDir
parameter.

lpDir      Points to a null-terminated string specifying the name of the
           directory to create.
 
Return Value
 
The return value is one of the following values.
 
Value  Meaning
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
0      Success.
 
2      File not found.
 
3      Path not found.
 
5      Access denied.
