The PaintScreen function paints the indicated region of the screen.
 
WINOLDAP calls this function when it receives the WM_PAINT message.

lpPntStruc  Points to an EXTPAINTSTRUC structure.
 
Return Value
 
The return value is a nonzero value if the function paints the screen if
successful. Otherwise, the return values is zero, possibly indicating that
there was not enough Windows memory to carry out the request.
