The cflush function flushes all characters from the transmit or receive
queue of the specified communications device.
 
Parameter  Description
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
 
cid        Identifies the communications device.
 
q          Specifies which queue to flush. If the q parameter is 1, the
           function flushes the receive queue; if q is zero, it flushes the
           transmit queue.
 
Return Value
 
The return value is the most recent error value.
