Because printer drivers are dynamic-link libraries that GDI loads using the
LoadLibrary function, they must also export the WEP function. This function
indicates that Windows is shutting down or the printer driver is being
unloaded from the system.
 
Printer drivers must include the SetAttribute and DeviceBitmap functions.
