Disk-media error (ERR: 72)
■ Disk-drive hardware has detected a physical flaw on the
  disk.
 
■ Possible solution:
 
  • Use a different disk.
 
■ If you need additional help, move the cursor to a keyword
  and press F1 to open the Help window.
