     exponentiation of COMPLEX and DOUBLE PRECISION together illegal
 
     When the /4Ys compiler option is used (or the $STRICT
     metacommand is in effect), exponentiation is illegal with bases of
     type COMPLEX having DOUBLE PRECISION exponents, or with
     bases of type DOUBLE PRECISION having COMPLEX exponents.
