     The program list (project .MAK file) contained an invalid form of
     an FL command-line option.
 
     Check the syntax of any additional FL options you have specified.
 
     This error may also occur if you attempt to set a foreign makefile
     as a PWB program list, or you manually edit a PWB program list.
