  Synopsis:  Specifies whether the figure is to be filled.
 
     The constants and their corresponding actions are as follows:
 
     Constant           Action
 
     _GBORDER           Do not fill the figure
 
     _GFILLINTERIOR     Fill the figure using the current color and
                        fill mask
