MCI_MAKE_MSF
 
        DWORD MCI_MAKE_MSF(minutes, seconds, frames)
 
        This macro returns a time value in MSF (minutes, seconds,
        frames) format from the given minutes, seconds, and frames
        values.
 
Parameters
        BYTE minutes
            Specifies the number of minutes.
 
        BYTE seconds
            Specifies the number of seconds.
 
        BYTE frames
            Specifies the number of frames.
 
Return value
        The return value is a DWORD value containing the time in packed
        MSF format.
 
Comments
        Time in MSF format is expressed as a DWORD with the least
        significant byte containing minutes, the next least significant
        byte containing seconds, and the next least significant byte
        containing frames. The most significant byte is unused.
