  Remarks
 
  Throws a CMemoryException. This is a helper function used in the
  implementation of the Microsoft Foundation classes.
 
  Call this function if calls to underlying system memory allocators (such
  as malloc and ::GlobalAlloc) fail. You do not need to call it for new
  because new makes the call internally.
