  Remarks

Called if CWnd has the input focus when the OnSysKeyUp or
OnSysKeyDown member functions are called. It specifies the character
  value of a dead key.

This message-handler member function calls the Default member
function. Override this member function in your derived class to handle
  the WM_SYSDEADCHAR message.
