     out of memory, near/far heap exhausted
 
     There was not enough room in memory for the heap needed by IMPLIB.
 
     Increase the available memory. Some ways to do this include:
 
        ■ Remove TSR (terminate-and-stay-resident) programs
 
        ■ Run IMPLIB outside of an NMAKE session
 
        ■ Run IMPLIB outside of a shell
